Booking Policy

20% nonrefundable deposit is required at booking to secure your spot. If you book online, you will be redirected to PayPal for the payment. If you wish to book over the phone, we do take credit card payment. We will not store your card information.

*All service(s) booked are finalized and can not be changed on the day of the service. If you are unsure with the service you would like or if you need further assistance with booking, please give us a call.

Cancellation Policy

We required at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If cancellation happens any later, the 20% deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, we will credit your deposit toward your next appointment. Please give us a call to reschedule any appointment.

Late Policy

Please be courteous of our time and let us know if you are running late. We have a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals or we will have to reschedule your appointment to a later date. Your deposit will be forfeited.

No Show Policy

If you schedule an appointment and no show, your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to schedule any future appointments.

Mask Policy

Mask is not required, but optional for clients who desire to follow the CDC guidelines.

Please Note:

We accept cash, Le Dream Gift card and Vouchers, and all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.

Your appointment is ONLY secure if your deposit has been paid. If not, your appointment will be removed from our book and available for someone else to book.

No Pets are allowed at Le Dream.
