Booking Policy
To provide the best experience for all guest, we kindly ask that you follow our booking policies:
Card on file
A valid card must be kept on file to book any appointment.
Cancellation & Reschedules Policy
We required at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Same-day Cancellation/Reschedule
Will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Late Policy
Please be courteous of our time and let us know if you are running late. We have a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals or we will have to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
No Show Policy
Will be charged 100% of the service total.
Please Note:
We accept cash, Le Dream Gift card and Vouchers, and all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.
A service charge of 3.5% will be applied to all credit card transactions. For your convenience, customers may avoid this extra fee by paying with cash.
Your appointment is only confirmed once we have a card on file. If we do not obtain a card on file, your appointment will be canceled and made available for others to book.
